At Twisted Shamrock Studios & Spa, we take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival and are committed to providing you all with exceptional service. We understand that life's circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments ... and we want to work with you as best as we can to make sure you and other clients get the best possible experience with us. Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price or half a service from a pre-paid package. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service price or a full service from a pre-paid package. This fee is non-refundable and can not be put toward any future services. Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be canceled or rescheduled no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without incurring a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.
